New CLAUDE.md principles to prevent future stub implementations:

1. No Dummy Implementations - Never write placeholder/stub code
2. No Defensive Programming with Fallback Dummies - Don’t catch errors and return fake values
3. Real Implementation or Nothing - Every function must do real work
4. Delete Over Stub - Remove functionality completely rather than stubbing
5. Errors Should Surface - Let errors propagate, don’t mask failures

Progress Made

Major cleanup day focused on code quality and architectural improvements. Removed all stub/dummy implementations that were returning fake data, following the principle that real implementations or nothing is better than misleading stubs. Added BNS V2 support for modern .btc domain lookups with V1 fallback. Established formal code principles in CLAUDE.md to prevent future stub implementations. The codebase is now cleaner with 53 tools that all perform real operations.
